At the Kino Expo exhibition, that held September 17-20, 2019 in St. Petersburg, TouchPlat has presented new cinema ticket machines for the entertainment industry (cinemas, theatres, concerts, sport events). The automated ticket sale solution was demonstrated worked at the booths of two companies: Premier Hall and Platform 24.
Automatic ticket cashiers allow to buy movie tickets in cinema or order them at the bar and then print them at the checkout counter. Both exhibitors, who have placed TouchPlat cinema ticket machines at their booths, are major players in the Russian film industry. Premier Hall is a Russian cinema network, that includes more than 340 cinema halls. Every year they receive 8 million visitors. Platform 24 is software developer, who designs automated systems for movie theatres.
Collaboration with TouchPlat, a self-service kiosk manufacturer, allows both companies to offer their customers modern equipment of the hight reliability. For TouchPlat, this is an opportunity to enter to a promising field of high demand.
The Kino Expo exhibition has been held for more than 20 years. Over 3 thousand representatives of the film industry from Russia, the CIS and the Baltic countries gather annually here.
